SELF-EVALUATIONS
Determine Your Apparent Endo-Type

Experts concur that one in ten Americans have some degree of endocrine gland disruption, where the various glands that are supposed to work together in harmony (such as thyroid, adrenals, and sex glands) become depleted or confused, altering their hormonal output, wreaking havoc on our lives.

These people can be readily helped with treatments outlined in Feeling Fat, Fuzzy, or Frazzled?

The following Sampling of the Self-Evaluations from Chapter 3 of the book Feeling Fat, Fuzzy or Frazzled? , provides an initial opportunity for you to determine if your situation is suspicious for metabolic gland imbalance.

NOTE: You should answer EVERY Question of EACH Evaluation, except those labeled as specific for the other sex.

The related endocrine glands have several symptoms in common. Don't be concerned if you answer yes for the same symptoms on more than one evaluation. The ultimate goal is to help you ascertain which is your predominant endo-type.

These are only a Sampling of the Self-Evaluations. Please DO NOT use these questions ALONE to determine your "endo-type". Your "apparent" endo-type is only determined from answering ALL of the questions on ALL of the tests (except those labeled as specific for the other sex).

It is only an "apparent" endo-type, until the results of your Home Testing are in. Because of wide differences in people's subjective sense regarding self-evaluations, there is no scale of mild, moderate, or severe in expressing your apparent endo-type.

We know that symptoms can overlap, and occasionally a person will appear to have two or all three glands as causing major health disruption. For these reasons, the Home Testing can provide greater definition and direction regarding which glands to address first.
